MY FAVOURITE PRODUCTS FOR GLOWING SKIN THIS SPRING | AVEDA – BOTANICAL KINETICS

“Aveda skin care has kept my skin feeling hydrated and healthy”

Recently I have come across this incredible brand called Aveda. They range from products for your skin, shampoos, treatments masks and they even have a mens range. This is a skin care kit in which I got in a pack of 3. A gel cleanser, toning mist and intense hydrating soft creme. So I thought it would be a good idea to talk you through how I use these products as a Spring skin care routine.

FIRSTLY: Firstly I wet my skin with water in the sink with my hands. I try not to use flannels as I don’t want to put too much pressure on my skin whilst I am trying to cleanse my skin, especially as you are going into your pores. I then wash my hands and squirt a teaspoon of the gel cleanser onto my fingers. Rub it all over your face until you feel like it has been absorbed by your pores. Sometimes I use my …… This will also exfoliate your skin and make it feel the best it can. I recommend one of these, they always come in handy.

SECONDALY: I try and use a facemark around 3 times a week, especially when i have been busy. This is my perfect way to relax as it makes you feel completely refreshed afterwards. In this Spring skincare routing I am using the …. which is one of my favourites at the moment. It is a green tea flavour and re hydrates your skin, especially when you have had a long weekend boozing with friends or at University.

THIRDLY: After leaving the face mask on for 10-15 minutes I remove it and leave my face to dry. I then use the intense hydrating soft creme to moisturise my skin and close up my pours before I spray the toning mist all over my face.

This is my skin care routine which I am loving at the moment. Clearing my skin and getting it back to normal through my time off University has been a struggle and these are the products which have majorly helped. Also eating clean play a massive factor and drinking lots of water.
