Esquires Coffee Bournemouth
Over the past 2 days the weather has been dreadful, there has been rain non-stop and extremely cold. It gets dark very early so it feels as if the day is a lot shorter than it is but today Els, Katie and I went into Bournemouth town to go shopping and instead just went for a coffee. Katie introduced us to the cute, little cafe at the top of the town which has just recently opened. Places like this is what Bournemouth is missing!!
How is everyone enjoying November? A very miserable month. It reminds me of January!! – A no mans land month.
As a late birthday present, my best friend Jess took me for afternoon tea at Living Pretty in Curry Rival. You ask for ‘afternoon tea for two’ and they bring out a little stand with a choice of sandwiches, scones and a piece of cake. By the end we were so full we could not even finish the cake.
This little cafe is in an antique shop, all the furniture placed around the cafe is for sale, including pieces of art, book shelves and they even sell home made jam, which is amazing! After filling up on cakes and completely ruining my diet, Jess and I met a couple more of our friends and spent the evening in spoons.
For my birthday my best friends both got me a bracelet and necklace from Not On The Hight Street, which is an online website which sells different types of jewellery which you can in grave onto. They get delivered with a little note in a jewellery bag which can be straight away given as a present. I thought I should share this website with you all as it is a great for birthdays, anniversaries and any other occasions. For my friend Chloe’s birthday this weekend, I bought her the same one we bought me but in rose gold. It has our monthly birth stone on it as Clo and I are both born in March.
The bottom photographs are taken on my Olympus Pen Lite which I haven’t used for ages but I love it. I am definitely going to start taking photographs on it a lot more, even though the iPhone 7 camera is amazing.
